This first SYLPHI pool is intended to support contract development, BOT Chain Testnet operation, record indexing, and the public interfaces required to connect contributions, fund releases, and published evidence as one verifiable history.
SYLPHI does not publish invented outcomes, partner names, locations, or beneficiary counts. The public contract record and release evidence are the source of truth for fund movement.
Every release record must name the recipient, amount, timestamp, and an HTTPS or IPFS evidence reference. A contribution supports product development and does not purchase an environmental credit, offset, or guaranteed outcome.

Every contribution to the Evidence Chain Development Pool is exactly 0.5 BOT. It supports product development, and the confirmed transaction becomes part of the public test record.
Contributions are not live yet. Set a verified contract address and deployment block before enabling the transaction.
